Instructions:

For the Steak:

  2. Season the steaks generously with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 130-135°F (54-57°C). Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes.

For the Seafood:

  1. If using shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. If using lobster tails, cut them in half lengthwise and brush with butter.
  2. In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. For shrimp, cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. For lobster, cook cut-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and baste with the garlic butter, cooking until the lobster is tender and fully cooked.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the seafood just before serving.

Serve:

  1. Plate the steak alongside the shrimp or lobster, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over the seafood. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges.
