CRANBERRY CAKE

  6. Bake the cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Cool and serve: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
