  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 lime, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ground allspice, thyme, minced garlic, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper (if using), lime zest, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper to create a paste-like marinade.
