Vegetarian Buffalo Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (15 oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, celery, or crackers for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth.
