Ingredients:

  • 12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
