Ingredients:

For the Potatoes:

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, cut into quarters

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
