Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (or any sauce of your choice)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Sandwich rolls, for serving
  • Optional toppings: coleslaw, pickles, lettuce, cheese

Instructions:

  1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Season the turkey breast with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, and place it over the onions and garlic.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the turkey is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
