Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers, rinsed

Instructions:
