Instructions

  2. Blend: In a blender or food processor, combine the mint leaves, cilantro leaves, green chilies, ginger, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Adjust Consistency: Add water, a little at a time, to help the blending process. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. You can adjust the water amount to get your desired thickness.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the chutney and adjust the salt and lime juice as needed. If you prefer a hint of sweetness, add sugar and blend again.
  5. Serve: Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl. It can be served immediately or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
