Honey Buffalo Meatball Sliders

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meatballs:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
    • Roll the mixture into 12 evenly sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.

    • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a medium saucepan, combine the buffalo sauce, honey, butter, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
