  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:

  1. Cook the potatoes: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the diced potatoes and pour in the broth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
