  • 16 large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, cavity side up. Brush the inside of the mushrooms with melted butter and set aside.
