Caesar Chicken With Feta

This Caesar Chicken with Feta recipe combines the classic flavors of Caesar salad with a delicious Mediterranean twist. Juicy, tender chicken breasts are marinated in a tangy Caesar dressing and grilled to perfection, then topped with creamy feta cheese for a burst of flavor. The dish is perfect for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner, and pairs wonderfully with a fresh green salad or roasted vegetables. The savory and slightly salty feta complements the rich Caesar dressing, making every bite a delightful experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine the Caesar dressing, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the chicken breasts, making sure they are well coated with the marinade.
    • Cover the bowl or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  2. Grill the Chicken:
    • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
    • Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
    • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add Feta Cheese:
    • During the last 2 minutes of grilling, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the chicken breasts.
    • Close the grill lid to allow the cheese to melt slightly.
  4. Serve:
    • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy your Caesar Chicken with Feta alongside your favorite sides for a flavorful meal!
