Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 small onion, diced
 - 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
 - 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
 - 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess fat.
 - Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
 - Pour the beef mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
 - Separate the biscuit dough and place the biscuits on top of the beef mixture. Brush the biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over them.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
