Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8-12 oz)
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional, for garnish)
  • Crackers, baguette slices, or fruit for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice off the top of the garlic head, exposing the tops of the cloves. Drizzle the garlic with olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the cloves are soft and golden brown.
  3. While the garlic is roasting, place the Brie wheel in a small, oven-safe dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Once the garlic is done roasting, carefully squeeze the soft cloves out of their skins and spread them evenly over the top of the Brie.
  5. Bake the Brie in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melted in the center.
  6. Remove the Brie from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired.

Serve your Baked Brie with Roasted Garlic immediately, along with crackers, slices of baguette, or fresh fruit for dipping. Enjoy the luxurious combination of creamy Brie and sweet, roasted garlic!
