  • 6-8 large poblano peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 4 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the poblano peppers on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skins are blistered and blackened.
