  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Bacon:
    • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on paper towels to drain. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Assemble the Quesadilla:
    • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and lightly butter or spray with cooking spray.
    • Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the tortilla.
