  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, cooked pasta, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. If using breadcrumbs, mix them with the melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
