For the Sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, sriracha (if using), chopped green onions, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
Marinate the Shrimp:
