Instructions

  2. Mix the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, adding more flour as needed until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  5. Shape the dough: Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions for two medium pizzas. Roll out each portion on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
