Ingredients:

For the soup:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté for 5-6 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  2. Add the broth, shredded turkey, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
