Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Stir-Fry: In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
