  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Scallops: Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
