Ingredients:
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside. Leave about 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease in the skillet.
- Sauté the garlic in the bacon grease for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, crumbled bacon, and sautéed garlic until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
