Spinach Bacon Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside. Leave about 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease in the skillet.
  3. Sauté the garlic in the bacon grease for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, Parmesan, black pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  5. Stir in the spinach, artichoke hearts, crumbled bacon, and sautéed garlic until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.
