SPICY CHICKEN CHILI

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup frozen corn (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sour cream and shredded cheese (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Vegetables:
