Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 1 teaspoon each of cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and paprika)

- 1 cup corn kernels (canned, fresh, or frozen)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions:
