Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large white onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions:
