SHRIMP PATTY SANDWICHES

Ingredients:

  • 4 hamburger buns or brioche buns

  • Remoulade sauce, tartar sauce, or mayonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the shrimp patties: In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until coarsely chopped. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, garlic, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the patties: Divide the shrimp mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
