Ingredients:
For the Shrimp Burgers:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for binding)
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon lime juice
For the Wraps:

8 large lettuce leaves (butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg)
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

Prepare the Shrimp Burgers:

In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add the breadcrumbs (if using), egg, minced garlic, green onions, cilantro, Old Bay seasoning, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into 4-6 patties, depending on desired size. If the mixture is too wet, add a bit more breadcrumbs to help bind.
Cook the Shrimp Burgers:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.

Assemble the Lettuce Wraps:

Lay out the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Place a shrimp burger on each leaf.
Top with sliced avocado, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumber. Drizzle with the prepared sauce.
Serve:

Garnish with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the wraps.

Enjoy these flavorful and refreshing Shrimp Burger Lettuce Wraps as a healthy, low-carb alternative to traditional burgers, perfect for a light and satisfying meal.
