SHEET-PAN TANDOORI CHICKEN

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cayenne (if using), cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
