SALMON LOAF

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, chopped onion, chopped celery, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dried dill (or parsley), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
