Ingredients:
For the Picadillo:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
