    • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
    • Boil the diced potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
