Mango Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon chili powder for extra heat
