Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a homemade pie crust, roll it out and cut it into 6 small rounds to fit into mini pie tins or muffin cups. Press the dough into each tin, trimming the edges as needed. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, if using.
