  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ribs:
    • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better seasoning absorption and tenderness.
    • Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Apply the Dry Rub:
    • In a small bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients.
    • Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub, pressing it into the meat.
    • Cover the ribs with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate.
