- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
- Sauté the Meat and Vegetables:
