Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and if you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza peel dusted with cornmeal (if using a pizza stone) or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Garlic Oil Base: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the garlic oil evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Add Cheese: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by the Parmesan and cheddar cheeses. Make sure the cheese covers the entire surface, except for the edges.
  5. Season: Sprinkle the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper over the top of the cheese.
  6. Bake: If using a pizza stone, slide the pizza onto the stone using the peel. If not, place the baking sheet directly into the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, slice, and serve hot.

Enjoy your homemade Garlic Cheese Pizza with your favorite dipping sauce or as is for a cheesy delight!
