- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped

For the Tacos:
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:
- Prepare the Fish:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet or grill pan, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the fish.
