Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lb lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if serving hot.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and parsley. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges. If you prefer a cold dip, simply chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and serve with crackers, baguette slices, or vegetables.

Enjoy this creamy, flavorful dip at your next gathering!
