Ingredients:

For the salmon cakes:

  • Zest of 1 lime

  • 4 cups fresh arugula
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
