Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cabbage, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Place the cabbage wedges in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, until nicely charred. Season with salt and pepper.
