Cauliflower Parmesan Casserole

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spread the florets evenly on a baking sheet.
