Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until they are fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.
