They’re easy to assemble, packed with flavor, and sure to satisfy any burger craving!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onions
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

  1. Make the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Cook the Beef Patties: Form the ground beef into small, flat patties, each slightly larger than the slider buns (they will shrink during cooking). Season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the patties in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Top each patty with a half slice of American cheese and let it melt.
  4. Toast the Buns: Split the slider buns in half and brush the cut sides with melted butter. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side up, and toast in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until lightly golden. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top buns before baking for an authentic Big Mac look, if desired.
  5. Assemble the Sliders: Spread the special sauce on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun. Add a cooked beef patty with melted cheese, then top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, and dill pickle slices. Add the top half of the bun.
  6. Serve: Serve these Big Mac Sliders warm, and enjoy the mini version of a fast-food favorite!

These sliders are a great party snack or fun family meal, delivering the classic Big Mac taste in a portable, crowd-pleasing package.
