  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  2. Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the rice and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the rice to lightly toast.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
