  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (extra for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef: In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Cook the noodles: Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
