Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

  • 1 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Slaw:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tacos:

  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Pour this marinade over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  2. While the salmon is marinating, prepare the slaw by combining the shredded cabbage, carrot, green onions, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
