Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

  • Bean sprouts (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the carrot, bell pepper, and mushrooms, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables start to soften.
