  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups egg noodles, cooked

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
  4. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and stir to coat them evenly in the sauce.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving.
